What are your rates?

We aim to offer competitive and reasonable rates to our clients. Please give us a call, we’d be happy to discuss our workshop and onsite rates with you.

What areas do you cover?

We primarily cover the Latrobe Valley region, and also greater Gippsland and Melbourne areas. Our clients reach from Western Melbourne to the Eastern edge of Victoria, over a span more than 500km.

How long have you been trading?

Valley computer solutions was established in 1985 by Martin Stevens, the business was then sold to Ross Beamsley in 1992. Ross continued to run the business from his home in Bennett St, Moe until Dwayne Jarvis bought the business in 2004.

Dwayne started out working for Ross Beamsley from the very start. He worked as a trainee and built up relationships and experience throughout the years.  The continuity of service has remained the same throughout all this time.

What areas are you experienced in?

Our staff are trained and experienced in a wide range of information technology. Our skills include, but are not limited to home, small business and medium business networks; Microsoft Windows Server and Exchange; Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems; Microsoft Office suites; Kerio Connect email and Kerio Control firewall suites; Shadow Protect, Genie, Windows and Backup Exec backup suites; desktop and notebook repairs; and much more.

What kind of products do you offer?

We sell and support hardware and software of a wide variety. From desktop PCs and laptops to servers, to multimedia devices, to components, to cables and accessories. We also sell retail software suites, from Office to Windows, to antivirus software, to firewall suites, to multimedia software. Most specialty items can be ordered in for you, please ask us if you require something specific.

Do you do contract or subcontract work?

We have agreements and contracts with a number of organisations for field technician work. If your organisation requires onsite technicians to cover areas of the Latrobe Valley and Gippsland, please see our contact page to discuss.
